Directions:
Install nocturne and open.
Click on the icon in your menu bar.
Open preferences.
Check "disable shadows"
Click switch to night. That's it, now you have a shadow-free mac.

There's an even easier way.
Download shadowkiller: www.macupdate.com/app/mac/6428… a
Run the app. It will launch and kill all of your shadows system-wide and then quit.
Launch it again and it will enable the shadows again. Add it to your login items so that it will kill all of your shadows when you startup your computer.
